The Grand Hôtel Roi René is an iconic establishment in Aix-en-Provence. Its new identity seeks to embody Provençal heritage, contemporary refinement, a strong local connection, and all aspects of artistic creation centred on Cézanne, music and heritage. Aïga is the hotel’s restaurant, offering a sublime culinary journey through the Mediterranean.
